You might find yourself stuck in your thoughts, worrying, or carrying heavy feelings that seem to weigh you down. While these experiences are common, they don’t have to control your life. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and gently make sense of what you’re going through, while reconnecting with your values and self. I'd be honored to help you clarify what your values are and how to bring you closer to living in a way that celebrates them.
I am a licensed professional counselor offering outpatient therapy in Newington, CT and via telehealth. I primarily work with adults, with a special passion for supporting women and mothers. I have experience treating a range of concerns, including OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more.
I value authenticity and openness and create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel safe to show up as you are. My work is grounded in evidence-based care, with training in ACT and CBT, through a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming lens.
