Many of the women I work with are high-functioning on the outside while quietly struggling with stress, self-doubt, or relationship challenges. I specialize in supporting women navigating anxiety, panic, depression, ADHD, high sensitivity, codependency, self-esteem concerns, relationship stress, and major life transitions such as career shifts, college planning, or changes in identity and direction. I also offer Reiki healing as an optional, complementary support for nervous system regulation.
