My name is Sarah Parker. I am a Spartanburg native and live locally with my husband and son. I have always had a passion for helping others and enjoy partnering with individuals, couples, and families to work towards healing, restoration, and peace. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. I decided to step out on my own and form my own practice in order to provide the best counseling services possible and maintain a good work/life balance. I would love to help you work through the things in life that are keeping you from living the life you were made to live.

I want to meet you where you are in life and listen to what your hopes from therapy are. Together, we can establish goals that are helpful and target the most important needs you have.
