I'm interested in your unique needs and helping you in the most indivualized way possible. I want to help you identify and reach your therapeutic goals, and put an end to self-sabatoging thoughts and behaviors. While therapy can often be hard work, it's worth it to feel better in your relationships with yourself and others. Beginning therapy can feel like a frightening step and I know how important the therapist-client relationship can be in working through issues together. I provide a safe space to explore your history, current struggles, and ways to move forward. I have over fifteen years of experience working in my private practice and treatment centers - inpatient, day treatment, and partial hospitalization programs. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and led therapy and family therapy groups.
My intention is for you to feel comfortable enough to share difficult experiences and challenging feelings so that we can find a path forward that feels good to you.
