Depression, anxiety, trauma, societal oppression, personal relationships, life transitions, grief, low self-esteem, and so much more can be daunting to manage alone and can get in the way of living the life you want for yourself. In my work, I aim to create a safe, trusting, and collaborative environment that allows clients to express themselves authentically. I approach counseling from a multicultural lens and use elements from CBT, DBT, narrative, humanistic, and existential therapies to facilitate meaning-making and self-understanding.
