I am an experienced strength-based and trauma informed therapist and work collaboratively with you to reach goals.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, relationship issues, creative professionals, loneliness, mid life issues . I will give you tools to help you feel better while also helping you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I utilize theoretical approaches that best fit you.
I truly believe that you are enough and will make sure that you feel seen, heard, and accepted. I am an out-of-network provider, and offer a concierge service that includes filing all super bill claims for you to ensure timely payment is made.
