About
When it seems that there is an overabundance of books, blogs and information it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin when you are experiencing challenges. It takes courage to seek guidance and it is my goal to provide a safe environment to collaboratively work through whatever is preventing you from living the life you dream of. I will be your partner in this journey toward healing and wellness.
I use evidence based interventions with roots from humanistic and integrative frameworks. I apply interventions tailored to your individual needs and emphasize your existing strengths. I specialize in women's issues such as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and neurodivergence and have additional training in eating disorders and holistic health.
Your emotions, thoughts and perspectives are valid and have a right to be seen and heard. It would be my honor to offer a safe space to explore them together. "Although it's not useful to drown in despair, it's also not useful to keep a 'positive attitude' when this means concealing or denying real emotions" Harriet Lerner, PhD
