I believe that all human beings are innately good and have an inner drive to do and be better everyday. Individuals who come to see me are usually stuck or have trouble reaching their full potential by mental health symptoms, or other barriers in life. Individuals who come to see me range from those who are curious about change, and those who are severely impacted by mental illness or addiction in their lives.
I provide evidence based services with a person centered approach including strengths based case management, solutions focused therapy, CBT, and behavioral therapy. I seek not only to identify and help resolve underlying issues but also (more importantly) identify the strengths within a person to begin taking down barriers and building new paths to healing.
