I offer a safe space of understanding and compassion for healing and therapy tailored to each individual's needs. I support my clients utilizing a multitude of therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, family systems therapy, are just some of the therapies I use. I am culturally competent and use clinically targeted individualized interventions that help my clients build a "toolbox" of coping skills to overcome mental health issues.
