Welcome. My name is Sarah G., and I hold a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. In 2017, I returned to school to advance my education, obtaining the necessary mental health licenses to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I). I also hold an Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (ACCTS) certification and have completed specialized training in trauma counseling. With over 13 years of experience in various roles within the mental health field, I am committed to continually enhancing my therapeutic skills to better support your needs.
I specialize in multiple therapeutic modalities and techniques. My certifications include Trauma Interventions and Care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Somatic and Body-Based Sensitization, Brainspotting Phase 1 & 2, neurobiology, & mindfulness practices. I prioritize understanding each individual I serve, fostering collaboration & honest.
My treatment approach is tailored to meet the needs of everyone. I do not work with adolescents or couples. I prefer to move away from traditional therapy settings and adopt a more innovative approach in the therapy.
