Being Autistic or otherwise neurodivergent in a neurotypical world can feel overwhelming, invalidating, and exhausting. Carrying a mask of who you are takes its toll over time both on mental health and physical wellbeing. You and/or your child may have an official diagnosis, or may be questioning if you are Autistic. Your experience is valid either way. You wish someone understood what it is like and would listen rather than trying to change you or invalidate your experience. You wish you had the energy to do what you used to do and could just be okay with being you.

I am a local neurodiversity-affirming therapist. I support Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent clients across the lifespan, from ages 3 through adulthood, to address mental health needs. Adults clients often come to my office seeking self-discovery and overcoming Autistic burnout. My child clients are struggling in school, at home, and/or socially.

I empower my clients of all ages to form a positive identity; overcome, accept, and accommodate challenges; and process traumatic events for those suffering from the pains of their past.
