I have a strong passion for helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging experiences. My therapy emphasis areas include grief, relationships, and life transitions. I recognize that grief is a deeply personal experience and can be experienced at any time through life— even at times that are supposed to be “joyful”. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, are dealing with the end/change of a relationship, are experiencing the loss of something significant in your life, or feel stress due an anticipated change, I’m here to support you.
I work in person-centered therapy, acceptance-commitment therapy, and EMDR. I strive to create an affirming and supportive environment for people from all backgrounds including the LGBTQIA+ community, Neurodivergent (Autism/ADHD/AuDHD) community, and those with chronic or acute illness.
I have experience working with infant attachment/mental health, children, couples, and families. I also have experience supporting individuals and their families who face medical difficulties such as diagnosis with chronic illness (including diabetes, lupus, cystic fibrosis, POTS, etc.), individuals who experience repeated and/or prolonged hospitalizations.
