Everyone deserves a space dedicated to self-exploration, emotional processing, & the dismantling of dysfunctional thought patterns & defense responses. I offer non-pathologizing attunement and specialize in working with developmental & relational trauma, betrayal trauma, creative process issues, spiritual despair, cultural decolonizing and abolition work, & the pervasive disquiet & shame spiraling that extend from daily life within oppressive and chaotic social & political systems. I often work with other therapists. I believe that collective change necessitates individual healing & transformation, & that all healing is relational.
I use an integrative, person-centered, depth approach informed by feminist, transpersonal, & somatic traditions along with lifelong practices as a poet, artist, & teacher. I offer Brainspotting & utilize ACT, IFS, & mindfulness practices as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy & psychedelic integration. I'm a board-approved clinical supervisor.
I believe in the perennial promise of transformation and restorative healing. I apply a trauma-informed lens to a healing centered worldview. Together we will uncover patterns, beliefs, and coping mechanisms that no longer serve you, and will cultivate aliveness, repair, resilience, and wholeness.
