I offer values-driven, evidence-based therapy for clients of all ages, including those from underserved backgrounds. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with an integrative, client-centered approach. My approach focuses on self-compassion, strengths, and identity development in helping you navigate challenges, build coping skills & improve relationships. It is my goal to create a safe, affirming space for clients of all identities. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps, you don’t have to face it alone.
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, substance use, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, emotion regulation challenges, relational conflicts, and stressful life transitions. I work collaboratively with my clients to create treatment plans that highlight their unique strengths and abilities.
I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and develop practical skills for managing emotions and relationships. It is my hope that the people I work with feel supported and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. If you are ready for support and change, I'd be honored to work with you.
