I use Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic, and/or Solution Oriented Therapy. I have also been trained in EMDR Therapy. But what’s most important is providing the type of therapy that is best suited for your needs. I offer decades of experience using various techniques to help improve other's lives.
