Hello! As a therapist, I support individuals feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck—particularly parents of neurodivergent kids, those navigating medical trauma, and LGBTQ+ folks. Clients in my Bellevue practice seek deeper self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and relief from chronic stress, burnout, or life transitions. Using a collaborative, somatic approach rooted in IFS, ACT, and Polyvagal theory, I help humans move forward by bridging the mind-body connection. Together, we build self-regulation skills through traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and unique "Walk & Talk" sessions along the Mercer Slough trails.
I’m a licensed therapist and yoga teacher who collaborates with you to shape sessions around your needs. I support clients with anxiety, ADHD, depression, chronic pain, trauma, & life transitions. I also work with parents, performers, & those living with disabilities or neurodivergence. Seeking balance, clarity, or healing? Together we’ll build a path.
In our sessions, you’ll learn how your nervous system works, build self-regulation skills, and deepen the mind-body connection through somatic practices.
