In this group, we’ll use The Neurodivergent Friendly Workbook of DBT Skills by Sonny Jane Wise as our guide. This workbook offers a radically inclusive and affirming approach to DBT, centering the lived experiences of neurodivergent folks and intentionally moving away from compliance-based models. Participants will learn and practice essential DBT skills focused on Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Self-Compassion, and Awareness in an environment where we celebrate individual differences and foster an environment of self-trust, curiosity, and empowerment. 12-Week Commitment.
