I understand that the most difficult step in therapy can be making the first phone call and scheduling the first appointment. It is important to feel comfortable and at ease with the person you choose to see for counseling. I aim to create a peaceful, safe space for my clients to explore and process their emotions or life stressors. While I treat both children and adults, treatment modalities vary based on need.
I specialize in treating pediatric and adult Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and I am highly trained and skilled in implementing Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), which is the only evidence based treatment modality shown to be effective for treating OCD. I also treat anxiety, depression, and those dealing with life stressors and transition.
