I specialize in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship challenges get to the root of their issues so that they can move on from the past, understand themselves more completely, and learn to turn up the volume on their own life and feel better for good. My psychotherapy practice focuses on creating a safe space to explore what lies beneath the symptoms you might be experiencing or feeling. I believe that our symptoms, whether mental or physical, are outward signs of our inner wounds. They serve as cues for where the healing process can begin.
With roots in attachment theory, developmental and depth psychology, I utilize parts work and Jungian theory to help clients look compassionately within and understand what may have felt like an invisible weight holding them back.
