I strive to learn from and integrate several theories of counseling to provide therapy that aligns with your individual needs, goals, and personality. Currently only offering telehealth.
I work with people experiencing depression; anxiety; low self-esteem, eating disorders; trauma; personality disorders; attachment & relationship concerns; body image concerns; & obsessive compulsive tendencies. I enjoy incorporating parts work (e.g. IFS) and psychodynamic theories to deepen the work and healing, but also draw from CBT & DBT when helpful.

Please note that my practice is currently telehealth only and I only have openings between 9 AM – 5 PM EST (8 AM – 4 PM CST) M-TH. Licensed in Iowa, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. Self-esteem & Processing Group - Fall 2025
Please reach out if you are interested in participating in this virtual group. Time and day TBD but hoping to start the group in fall 2025. Schedule will be created when there is enough interest. Mostly likely early evenings for 1.5 hours on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Initial group will run for 8 weeks. Most insurance plans accepted and affordable private pay options as well. Open to adults in Iowa, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
