Do you feel like you're trying to complete a To-Do list that never ends? You think through situations repeatedly, but nothing changes. Maybe you are skeptical of therapy and wondering if it will be worth it? Sarah (she/her) enjoys working with teens & adults who identify as perfectionists and overachievers. The clients I enjoy working with the most commonly face the following issues—-high stress environments, a loud inner critic/self-judgment, and struggle to feel good enough. I provide affirming and collaborative therapy where you can show up fully. I value talking like a real person instead of using clinical language.

I have a sense of humor in session, and I invite you to say it like it is! I will too. I offer in-person, walk & talk, and virtual sessions. The modality I use most frequently is Accelerated Resolution Therapy. We might work well together if you're looking for someone with a direct, laidback style and you want to be challenged. I dress casually, often jeans.

TL;DR: I see you as a whole person with lived experience that informs who you are and how you operate in the world, including the systems we live within.
