I am a trauma-certified therapist with experience supporting women healing from sexual and physical abuse, as well as childhood trauma. Together, we can work on helping you feel more comfortable in your body and better regulate your nervous system.
I often use DBT to support this process. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, we will create a safe, supportive space where you can feel supported, and heard.
