I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with women, children, and teens navigating anxiety, life transitions, behavioral problems, and self-esteem challenges. I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals, including children and teens with autism, by helping them better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and increase confidence within themselves.
I blend CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and techniques from DBT and ACT to provide a supportive, practical approach that helps you feel understood while creating meaningful, lasting change.
