I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and alcohol or substance use challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected after difficult experiences and want a space to heal, regain stability, and build resilience. With over 16 years in behavioral health, I have supported people through crisis and recovery while helping create trauma-informed systems of care that foster lasting growth.
I am a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma and have years of training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have extensive experience in counseling with local mental health authorities, emergency homeless shelters, leading high-acuity response teams, substance use/recovery, juvenile justice, and serving first responders and veterans.
I am nonjudgemental, warm, and validating in my approach. I operate through a trauma informed lens and understand that many of us have experienced trauma in our lives. I am flexible in my service delivery and really tailor treatment to the individual. I enjoy helping others that serve their community whether it be a first responder or healthcare provider.
