Safe connection to our self, others, and the space we inhabit is how we thrive, how we self-express and live authentically. My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, person-centered, with Internal Family Systems, Somatic Body/Movement, and Exposure. Artistic exploration is a specialty. I'm passionate to work with Couples and/or those struggling with CPTSD, PMDD, Self-Expression, Anxiety, Depression, Mother Daughter Relationships, Confidence, Autonomy.

This group is here for you on your cyclical journey. Whether you need support with PME, PMDD, PCOS, or the Menopausal Transition, Alana & I provide guidance, empathy, and resources grounded in experience. Sarah is an ongoing survivor of PMDD and at the beginning of her menopausal transition and Alana is navigating the deep challenged of PCOS. In this safe space, we will nurture our self-compassion and resilience by connecting with other women and their journeys. Join us and feel how processing our sometimes heavy feelings can lighten our day to day experience.
