I am a licensed LCSW, LCAS, and CCS, and have been a social worker since 2014. I have worked with many individuals, to include people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. As a queer cis woman, I specialize in serving the LBGTQIA+ population. I have a laid back approach, and believe in the importance of building rapport with the people I serve. Life on life's terms can be challenging, and you do not have to face it alone.
Modalities that I utilize in therapy include, but are not limited to, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, gestalt therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.
I strive to build a judgment free space, where we can work collaboratively in order to face life's hurdles. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey of healing and growth.
