I have worked within 2SLGBTQ+ communities throughout my career. As a queer person myself, this feels like a blessing. I also work with folks who identify otherwise.
Exploration of the intersections of identities is an interest, and I often work with people who are in a place of this kind of exploration. However, it also doesn't need to be the center of our work together.
I work with individuals and provide relationship therapy. Strategies for improving communication, exploration of intimacy, identifying of personal needs and understanding or forming of boundaries may be supportive. There are no right or wrong topics for therapy.
I offer gender affirming and sexuality inclusive care. I aim to practice from a trauma informed and anti-racist framework.
I draw on psychodynamic, relational and Internal Family Systems approaches and lean towards exploring what's said on the surface. I follow your lead in a given session. If you’re not sure which way to go in, we'll decide together.

I offer gender affirming surgery support letters once per month at no cost (whether or not you're in therapy with me).
