I've been a therapist for 25+ years, certified in EMDR and was trained in 1999 by Dr. Francine Shapiro who developed the technique.
I'll provide a supportive nonjudgemental space for you to build upon your strengths with grounding and self-care. You'll learn the steps to create a tool box of coping skills to successfully manage triggers, communicate with difficult people and handle stressful situations.
