About
Hello and welcome! My therapeutic areas of specialty are adolescent issues, women's issues, parenting, family conflicts and healing family trees. I got my Masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy at Southern Connecticut and have worked in private practice in Connecticut and Colorado. I’ve worked with clients on grief and loss, trauma, school and sports anxiety , marital conflicts, postpartum issues, attachment issues, faith issues, premarital counseling, and divorce support.
I am Gestalt certified, a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator (for premarital counseling), and have finished level one of the Internal Family Systems training. I also have a year experience working with ABA therapists and have done extended volunteer work in Jamaica and Ireland.
Working with clients who have a Christian/Catholic background is of specific interest to me as my undergraduate degree is in Theology. If you are looking for someone who knows the faith and can pull in Scripture and use faith as a support in treatment then I may be the therapist for you. “The glory of God is man fully alive” St Irenaeus
