We develop blueprints in childhood that inform how to cope, relate to others, get our needs met, what our values are. Presently, we may find ourselves living out these blueprints despite having more resources, different perspectives, or simply not feeling aligned with these old maps. I work with adults using a psychodynamic approach (looking at how the past effects the present), while also taking into account thoughts & behaviors (CBT & DBT) in order to help individuals make change. Therapy with me is collaborative & attuned; a space to untangle what’s been carried for years & to build a life & relationships that feel authentic.

Our relationship provides a safe, nonjudgmental place for you to explore reactions, thoughts & feelings about relationships & experiences in your life, & your place within this system. I work with motivated adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties/invalidating relationships, women's issues & life transitions.

I believe that each individual has a unique view of the world based on their personal experiences. If you are longing for more clarity, connection, or ease — this work may be a good fit. I provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for established and appropriate clients who are seeking an adjunct to depth-oriented work. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care.
