I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, gain clarity, and rediscover your authentic self. I specialize in working with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and religious trauma. I also have extensive experience supporting veterans, active-duty military, first responders, parents, teens (15+), adults, couples, and individuals navigating faith transitions.

My approach is collaborative and eclectic—I draw from DBT, CBT, Somatic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, and The Gottman Method. I also use psychoeducation, curiosity, humor, and real-life analogies to make therapy both practical and meaningful. Together, we’ll explore what works best for you.
