My approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Brainspotting to support both practical change and deeper healing. Together, we'll build skills to regulate emotions, manage distress, improve relationships, and explore the underlying experiences that continue to shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
