I have over 10 years of experience, 7 of which have been in Private Practice working with clients ranging from people with major mood disorders to people trying to form healthier relationships. I tailor each treatment plan to each individual. My primary focus is client centered therapy, but I pull from various modalities in order to provide the best treatment for each individual client.
