My work is guided by the belief that fulfillment and well being grow from understanding ourselves more fully and cultivating authentic, nourishing relationships—including the one we have with ourselves. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and life situations, honoring each person’s unique story.
I use a trauma informed, integrative approach drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities. In addition to treating anxiety and depression, I hold a special interest in gender and sexual identity, sexual dysfunction, sexual trauma, religious trauma, relationship and intimacy issues (monogamous and polycule), and body liberation from a HAES lens.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my dog, Pepper, and making pottery!
