Many patients come to me feeling hopeless after years of therapy without progress. I specialize in helping those who have given up on acquiring mental health, using proven techniques like TEAM-CBT, DBT, and ACT to achieve real results.
I offer a structured, collaborative approach with quarterly treatment plan reviews and ongoing progress measurements. Expect kind, direct communication, a touch of humor, and dedicated support. Offering both in-person and telehealth services.
I specialize in difficult cases where patients have given up on acquiring mental health. Oftentimes, a doctor will require a patient to be in care to receive meds. This is where I come in: I will help you gain insight without feeling like you are going to the dentist (sorry DDS professionals!). I use TEAM-CBT, DBT, ACT and other techniques.
