I specialize in treating OCD, Anxiety, and associated mental health challenges for clients 18+. My practice uses Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) in conjunction with other cognitive behavior interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Habit Reversal Training. I enjoy clients who are considering taking on the challenge of treating their OCD or anxiety and are ready to see results.
I am a gender affirming provider and work extensively with clients in the queer community. I provide therapeutic support and counseling across the gender and sexuality continuum. I work with clients undergoing social and medical gender transitions (including providing surgery support letters), incorporating families and loved ones as appropriate.
I enjoy provide therapy for students working towards their msw, lcpc, or lmft degrees and those completing their post grad practice hours. I offer clinical services to fully licensed clinicians, provide clinical supervision, consulting, and training for those wanting to increase their scope of practice or fine tune interventions for a specific client case.
