I specialize in treating OCD, Anxiety, and associated mental health challenges for clients 18+. My practice uses Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) in conjunction with other cognitive behavior interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Habit Reversal Training. I enjoy clients who are considering taking on the challenge of treating their OCD or anxiety and are ready to see results. This can include folks struggling with perfectionism, athletic and performance anxiety, specific phobias and fears, anxiety about transitions, academic anxiety, and societal/cultural/political stressors.
I also provide therapy for students working towards their MSW, LCPC, or LMFT degrees and those completing their post grad practice hours. I offer clinical services to fully licensed clinicians, provide clinical supervision, consulting, and training for those wanting to increase their scope of practice or fine tune interventions for a specific client case.
