About

Sometimes, we all need a little perspective. When you're overwhelmed with pain, sadness, and/or anxiety, it can feel impossible to move forward. Having someone in your corner who can help motivate and support you throughout the change process can make all the difference.
I love using a collaborative and practical, but warm approach to therapy. I want to help you discover strengths, meet your goals, and process any stuck emotions. You're the expert on your own life experience, so let's work together to get you where you want to be. I hope to show you ways to feel more empowered, confident, and at peace .
I know taking the first step to find a therapist isn't easy and I don't take that show of strength lightly! With my (attempted) sense of humor and respect for my clients, I hope to create a warm place for you to accept yourself for exactly who you are right now, and then find ways to change your life that makes it more reflective of your best self.
