Are you someone who has been struggling with feeling stuck or unfulfilled for a while and have been thinking about making a change? I work with people in a collaborative way so that they can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, in a non-judgmental way, while learning healthy coping strategies. I am an EMDRIA certified therapist who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and addictions. I work primarily with first responders (PD, FD, EMS, and Military) and have training in critical incident stress management, complicated grief treatment, advanced trauma treatment, and relapse prevention.
While therapy can be challenging at times, it can also be fun, involve humor and be quite rewarding. Healing and growth can occur through short and long term therapeutic relationships, so I encourage those who aren’t sure about therapy yet or are fearful of making a long term commitment to still reach out.
