Welcome! I'm a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who specializes in working with autistic adults, ADHDers, or those that suspect they are neurodivergent. Are you struggling with anxiety, shame, guilt, emotional regulation, trauma, and/or depression. Do you feel like you are wearing a mask? Or feeling like you don't know who you are?
