I work with clients who are struggling with life stressors that have become too difficult to navigate on their own, such as: unsatisfying personal or family relationships; anxiety; marital conflict, infidelity, separation and divorce; parenting stress; health related issues; caregiver stress; grief and loss; and job dissatisfaction or career transitions.

People often seek therapy because they are facing a life transition that upends their sense of balance, leading to feelings of loss and frustration. Or the status quo is no longer working and there is disappointment and sadness over not being where you want to be at this point in your life. A trusting relationship with a therapist can help you move forward.
While starting therapy can feel daunting, my goal is to create a safe place where problems are worked on together. My approach is warm, practical, and pulls from different theoretical frameworks to bring lasting change that will improve the quality of life for my clients. I only work with individuals and do not offer couples counseling.
