Life is most fulfilling when we know and honor our true selves, and learn to live authentically from that place. Challenging life events, like grief, childhood trauma, divorce, career changes, parenthood, and even everyday stressors may leave you feeling lost over time. As a psychotherapist, it is my job to help you learn the tools you need to navigate these stressors and begin building the life you really want.
Learning how to set boundaries, navigate difficult relationships, process past traumas, calm the nervous system, and learn to begin to live restoratively are all skills that can aid in the journey to begin living holistically from a place that is fully aligned with your passions, values, and visions that you have for your life.
I work with clients at all life stages, helping them overcome their unique challenges in order to pursue more peaceful, fulfilling lives. I take a collaborative and person-centered approach to my work, knowing that you are the expert of your own life.
