My practice focuses on women’s mental health. I provide women with the support they need to decrease their mental load, foster a closer relationship to their true selves and learn to harness their emotional and physical wellness with actionable steps. Come to evaluate yourself, your life, your parenthood journey (if applicable), your menstrual health, and its impact on your well-being. This intensive work is intended to send you back to your daily life on strong footing. Please plan for an initial two hour session. This is an intensive practice that honors the time and focus it takes to make lasting changes to your life.
I apply multiple approaches to your care, with a focus on regulating the nervous system, using neuroscience, mindfulness techniques and occupational based treatment. I provide compassionate support in the following issues: women’s issues, infertility, grief/loss, rumination, menstrual health, feeling stuck, dealing with life transitions, parenting, anxiety.
If you want to learn more about how my practice may differ from others, please contact me for a free 15 minute conversation to see if my individualized, client-centered care will best support your valid needs. Please, reach out. Support is here for you. If we are not a fit, I will provide a recommendation. In person pediatric evaluations available in ME.
