I join with clients to navigate through life's complexities: parenthood, divorce, mid-life, relationships, adolescence and young adulthood, gender, sexuality and boundaries.
I use a trauma-focused approach, utilizing body-based modalities like EMDR to bridge the gap between what you know intellectually and what you feel and experience on the daily.
