Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-esteem, or the weight of past experiences? Are you struggling with your relationship with food, your body, or navigating intense emotions? These experiences can leave us feeling isolated, misunderstood, and hopeless, but we aren't designed to walk alone. Healing is possible. With over five years of experience treating eating disorders, I help individuals build healthier relationships with themselves, food, and their bodies. I also have training in and work with those struggling with anxiety/mood disorders, trauma, OCD, and self-esteem concerns.
For my adolescent clients, I believe collaborating with caregivers is essential for growth both in and out of therapy. My approach is compassionate and individualized, integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques with a trauma-informed perspective. I also offer experiential approaches, including sandplay therapy, activity therapy for teens, and EMDR therapy.
I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you’re new to therapy or have been on this journey before, I would be honored to support you. If you're ready to take the next step, or just want to explore what therapy could look like for you, please reach out—I’m here to help.
