I am a licensed clinical psychologist and co-owner of Nautilus Behavioral Health. I work with children, adolescents and young adults ages 3 to 24 years, as well as their families. I offer therapy, assessment and educational groups. I provide services to individuals with various issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior problems, difficulties managing anger, problems adjusting to stressors or learning difficulties. As a pediatric psychologist, I help patients with physical health problems promote wellness, improve coping with medical conditions and lessen the effects of co-occurring mental health conditions.
My assessments provide clarity about academic, learning, emotional and behavioral concerns. I provide developmentally-appropriate, evidence-based therapy to help individuals gain practical skills and insight. I have a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy background and extensive experience with parent behavior management training, teaching coping and relaxation skills, and supporting problem solving.
I am originally from St. Augustine and now live in St. Johns. I am dedicated to helping our community by providing services to local youth and families. My business partner, Dr. Lisa Bailey, and I are among the only pediatric psychologists in the area located outside of a hospital setting.
