I use a combination of EMDR, Internal Family Systems, attachment focused therapy, CBT, DBT, and schema therapy to help clients gain skills and resources on their journey to wellness. With my training from Postpartum Support International, I also specialize in working with the perinatal population as they face the challenges that becoming new parents may bring.
I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges in various stages of life, particularly as a result of anxiety, depression, and traumatic events.
