At times, life can feel like you are out to sea in the middle of a storm- doing your best to steer the sail even when you cant control the wind. My goal is to help you find calm waters again.
I work with children, young adults, and families who are navigating trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism) , family relationship challenges, and the unique experiences that come with foster care and adoption. I also specialize in helping young adults process their own unresolved childhood trauma that may be getting in the way of relationships or personal goals.
My role is to help you uncover your inner resources, chart a course towards healing, and build hope even when the seas feel rough. I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and DBT Skills. My approach is trauma informed, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs.
Together, we can focus on building resilience, fostering emotional regulation, and strengthening connections- both within yourself and with others around you, to help you regain your balance and "Seas the Day". You don't have to face the storm alone.
