Hi, I'm Sarah! I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as athletes and trauma survivors. I strive to approach each client with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. I honor my clients as the expert of their own experiences while creating a space where healing and growth feels safe and collaborative. My work is grounded in a holistic perspective that recognizes the strong connection between the mind and body. By integrating somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches, I aim to support greater well-being, fulfillment, self-understanding, and connection amongst all my clients.
I have extensive experience working with children with autism, behavioral concerns, and emotion regulation difficulties. I also work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, women's issues, identity and transitional struggles, grief, and sports-related stress.
Across all areas of my practice, I take a strengths-based, humanistic, and evidence-informed approach to therapy while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
