I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults to build executive functioning skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop confidence and sustainable strategies to improve their quality of life. I use a strengths-based approach that highlights your resilience, values, and goals.
As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, I support clients in understanding how their brains work while strengthening executive functioning, emotional regulation, and daily life skills. Through a collaborative approach, I help clients build confidence and develop practical, sustainable strategies that support success at home, school, and work.
