I moved to the Ashtabula area about a year ago and have fallen in love with the people and the community. I am originally from Youngstown, OH so I am still learning all about the culture of this beautiful Ashtabula area.
I specialize in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also incorporate techniques from play therapy (and no its not just for kids), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), art therapy, and strengths based approach.
